CAB Signs, a wholesale company of interior signs, is looking for a graphics / production assistant to join our team. This position is a mix of graphic experience and admin work in one. This is a full time position with a regular schedule of monday - friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM
The Daily Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for reviewing and preparing files for production
- Sending proofs / layouts to customers for approval
- Talking with customers on order issues and questions
- Checking finished product before we ship
- Creating/Updating Spreadsheets to followup jobs
- Following up jobs with the internal team. Making sure due dates are consistently met
Required Experience:
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
- 1-3 years of experience with Graphic Design. Adobe Illustrator or Coreldraw
- Strong communication skills
